The Miniclos

Nestled in the middle of the garden, this independent 30 m² cottage, with a kitchenette, offers a home-like stay. Located between the main house and the swimming pool, it benefits from a separate entrance and access to the village.

Designed like a cocoon, the Miniclos is like a bed and breakfast, decorated with refinement, and fully equipped for a comfortable and independent stay. 

On the ground floor, it comprises a kitchenette with a dining area, a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. This first level opens onto a private, furnished terrace, perfect for lunch or sunbathing. 

A small staircase leads down to the bedroom below. With a king-size bed (180 cm), (or two single beds) and a TV, this room offers a welcome respite from the heat, especially in summer. Both levels are equipped with reversible air conditioning for periods of intense heat or harsh winters.

The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, an oven and induction hobs, a coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Bed linen, bath linen and pool linen are provided. 

Some useful items for your arrival are also provided.

Free Wi-Fi is available.

A laundry room in the main house is accessible, on request, for a wash/dry cycle, included in the rental, as is the end-of-stay cleaning, within the limits of proper maintenance.

Arrivals are between 4pm and 7pm. Departures are between 8am and 11am.
