Terms and conditions

Sophie & Sylvain welcome you with pleasure to Clos des Merveilles.

• A minimum of 2 consecutive nights is required for reservation in mid en high season.
  Check-in : From 4 to 7pm
  Check out : Before 11am
  
  All our rates include breakfast.
  
• Room pricing depends on the season :
  • High Season: July & August
    Mid Season: April, May, June, September, October
  • Low Season: November to March
• You are asked for a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay when booking. You will then receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. The balance must be paid at the latest, upon arrival.

Cancelling conditions 

• 100% refund if the booking is canceled at least 3 days before the arrival date.

• 50% of the stay is due if cancelled less than 1 day before the arrival date..

• The owners reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the conditions are not met for an optimal welcome.

• Each room is planned for 2 people. If necessary, we will provide you a bed for baby ony in Colibri and Marrakech rooms, free of charge. Please let us know when booking so that we can guarantee availability.
  
  For security reasons, young children under 8 years old are the full responsability of their parents.
  
• Zouzou, feline guardian of the house, agrees to receive animals at Clos des Merveilles, only after the express agreement of his masters.
