Terms and conditions

Sophie & Sylvain welcome you with pleasure to Clos des Merveilles.

• A minimum of 2 consecutive nights is required for reservation from May 1st to September 30th.
  
  All our rates include breakfast.
  
• Room pricing depends on the season :
  • Very High Season: July & August
    High Season: May, June & September
  • Low Season: October 1^st to April 30^th
• You are asked for a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay when booking. You will then receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. The balance must be paid at the latest, upon arrival.

Cancelling conditions 

• You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival in high and very season and 48h before in low season. In this case, we will refund the deposit paid. 
• Outside of these time conditions, the deposit will be retained, except in cases of force majeure with proof. 
• In the event of cancellation on the day of your arrival, no-show, or early departure, 100% of the stay will be charged.

• The owners reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the conditions are not met for an optimal welcome.

• Each room is planned for 2 people. If necessary, we will provide you a bed for baby, free of charge. Please let us know when booking so that we can guarantee availability.
  
  For security reasons, young children under 8 years old are the full responsability of their parents.
  
• Zouzou, feline guardian of the house, agrees to receive animals at Clos des Merveilles, only after the express agreement of his masters.
